  The Office of Student Accounting at USA can assist you with payment of tuition and fees, disbursement of financial aid funds, third party tuition contract administration, and to support the official University Payment Plan.  Tuition costs are due twice during the academic year—beginning of Fall (August) and Spring Semester (January).

  • To pay tuition, you have 3 options:
    1. Enroll in a USA payment plan
       1. The payment plan allows students and their families to spread out payments across multiple months. Students must enroll in the payment plan each term, and follow the deadline dates as set in the Financial Calendar. The payment options include a:
          1. 4 installment payment plan (¼ of balance due June or July, Aug., Sept., Oct.)
          2. 3 installment payment plan (open enrollment July—1/3 of balance due Aug., Sept., Oct.)
       2. The first payment and a $35 nonrefundable processing fee are due at the time of enrollment (open enrollment June and July).
       3. A late fee of $15 will apply if installment payments are not made by the due date.
